Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or sale items or purchases made with gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns will not be accepted unless previously approved by Wesper.
We will notify you if your return is incomplete, and if there are any issues with processing your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
