If your Wesper kit was ordered through your provider, please contact them regarding all charges and fees.
For our direct-to-consumer patients, we are able to issue refunds for the following:
- Lost or Damanged In-transit: If the order is lost or damaged during shipment, Wesper will refund the cost of the kit.
What we do not refund:
- Stolen Kits: If a kit is stolen or damaged after delivery, Wesper will not refund the order.
- Interpreted Sessions: Patients who have had their sessions interpreted will not be eligible for refunds.
