For drop-shipping customers, when you’re finished testing, simply put your kit in the shipping envelope provided with the included shipping label, and drop it off using the designated carrier (e.g. UPS).
If you have not received a return label, or lost your original, please reach out to our support team to receive a new one.
Place your kit in a shipping box or envelope, with every component you received, including the original box (if still available), two patches, any remaining adhesives, the pulse oximeter, charging pad, charging cables, and quick start guide.
Drop off your pre-paid package at a UPS drop-off location.
If you received your kit from your provider in a carrying case, please put all the components back in the case, and return them to your provider per their instructions.
