How do I charge my patches?

Charging your patches is quick and easy.

1. Simply plug your charger into a wall outlet and lay it on a flat surface.

2. Next, place your patches on the charger, lining them up until you see a blue light coming from each patch. 

3. Leave your patches on the charger until completely charged. When the patches are fully charged, a persistent green light will be displayed. For some older patch models, the light turns off after charging has finished.

4. We recommend charging your patches after each use.

5. If you try to use the patches without a sufficient charge, the app will prevent you from initiating the sleep study.

6. If you don’t see a light while the patches are on the charger, or the light is red, please contact our support team at support@wesper.co so that we may troubleshoot the issue.
